Children Policy

All children are welcome. Children under the age of 12 sharing a bed with their parents stay free of charge (maximum of 1 child per room).

Extra Beds for Children

For an additional child, an extra bed must be requested and paid for separately. Please note that not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.

Baby Cribs

Baby cribs for children aged 0–3 years are complimentary and available upon request. Crib availability must be confirmed by the hotel and is subject to availability. Please contact the hotel directly to add a crib to your booking.

Extra Beds for Adults

The cost of an extra bed for an additional adult is included in the final price when the room category allows for an additional guest.

Non-Smoking Policy

All hotels in our chain are strictly non-smoking. If a guest smokes in the room, a cleaning fine will be charged.

Reservation Guarantee

Credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation.

Pets Policy

Please note that dogs and other pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Lodging Tax

The lodging tax is an additional fee mandated by the Icelandic government and is included in the final price. Please note that the lodging tax is subject to change.

Prepaid Rate Bookings

Prepaid bookings cannot be modified or cancelled. By selecting a non-refundable rate, you agree that no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted. Additionally, should room rates or promotional offers change after your booking, we will not match the new rates or provide refunds for any price differences. By proceeding with a non-refundable booking, you accept these terms.

Standard Rate Bookings

Bookings made at standard rates can be cancelled or modified without penalty up to 24 hours before 15:00 (3:00 PM) on the day of arrival, unless otherwise specified in the cancellation terms. If cancelled or modified after this time, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will also be charged.
